A note from the Pitmaster:

Thick & Bold was born out of a simple concept. If you only had one sauce to use for everything, what would it be? It was a challenge of the concept of balance. Making it sweet enough to shine on ribs and chicken, but savory enough to work on brisket, while also having enough vinegar pop to be great on pulled pork was hard. It was an undertaking that took the better part of 10 years to perfect. Once it was dialed in we took it to the World Championship BBQ Contest at Memphis in May and tied for 1st place with it. Thick & Bold continues to win week in and week out on the competition trail, but more importantly it’s mix of umami, sweet and tangy with a touch of heat will help make you a star in your backyard. A couple of words of advice, don’t order just one bottle, you’ll want at least two and if you’ve never used this along with our AP Rub, you are missing out. They were built to work together.
